July 26 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
OPTIMIZE YOUR NONPROFIT’S IMPACT AND PERFORMANCE!
Learn about the importance of organizational health and the four steps to achieve sustainable success!
Help your organization function effectively by building a cohesive leadership team, establishing real clarity among those leaders, communicating that clarity to everyone within the organization, and putting in place just enough structure to reinforce that clarity going forward.
This session will focus on addressing the challenges facing many nonprofits, including:
Helping you get more done in less time;
Avoid losing your best people;
Identify problems earlier and solve them faster;
Move past competitors or rivals who waste time, money, and energy fighting among themselves, which drives away good employees and clients.
