To be considered as a ConnectiCorps Service Site, you must be an organization with 501c3 status, provide services in one or more of the following areas: food security, housing/shelter, antipoverty, and provide daily supervision of the Members placed at your organization for at least one year.
There is no cost to your organization to participate in ConnectiCorps. All Member stipends, uniforms, PPE, and other supplies or costs will be provided by ConnectiCorps.

What we’re looking for:
- Interest in being part of Connecticut’s COVID-19 response and recovery efforts.
- Passion for delivering services that our most vulnerable neighbors rely upon.
- Respect for diversity of opinion, experience, and background.
- Perseverance in the face of challenges or set-backs.
- Commitment to compliance with AmeriCorps standards and expectations.
- A one-year commitment to host our Members.

Important information
The Details
- The Member’s weekly schedule will be decided mutually between the Member and the Service Site.
- ConnectiCorps Service Members will report to a designated supervisor at their Service Site.
- ConnectiCorps staff will provide additional guidance, oversight, and support.
- ConnectiCorps is a proud member of the AmeriCorps network. All ConnectiCorps Service Members and Service Sites will adhere to AmeriCorps requirements.
- The ConnectiCorps Service Member position is unique to AmeriCorps and does not displace or duplicate nonprofit staff or volunteers. It will be their role to enhance what already exists and to help their Service Site to increase its response. Your role will be to ensure this requirement is met.
- There is no cost to your organization to participate. All Member stipends, uniforms, PPE, and other supplies or costs will be provided by ConnectiCorps.
