Compensation data is crucial to sustaining nonprofits’ missions. It is important for nonprofit leaders to have the necessary data to help understand their responsibility to align compensation with their organizational values, to support fair and consistent compensation practices, and to continue to work to advance equity and inclusion within their organizations and communities.

The report is available at no-cost for nonprofit 501c3 organizations and $200 for others.

About The Report

We’re proud to offer the only comprehensive and up-to-date compensation and benefits report that is specific to nonprofits in Connecticut.

The report includes positions that are common to the CT nonprofit workforce but are difficult to find and make comparisons to in other regional or national studies. It includes pay and benefits information from small to large nonprofits across the state from a wide range of service areas.

The UNH Survey Center produced the survey and compiled findings. The Survey Center is an independent, non-partisan academic survey research organization that since 1976 has been committed to providing researchers, government and business leaders, and nonprofits with reliable information with a strong emphasis on research which is clear and concise.
