Emmeline (Emmy) specializes in policy and advocacy for children’s services. Emmy has experience in both government and nonprofit sectors, having previously worked for the CT House Democratic Caucus, the Nancy A. Humphreys Institute for Political Social Work, the CT Office of Health Strategy, the Innovations Institute at the UConn School of Social Work, and Safe Futures, Inc. She has also worked on several municipal and state campaigns.

Emmy holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Policy Practice from the UConn School of Social Work and a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.
