Brunilda joined The Alliance in 2013 as a Policy Specialist and advanced through several leadership roles, including Director of Policy Research, before being named Vice President of Programs and Operations.

In her current role, Brunilda leads strategic planning, membership engagement and growth, and organizational development. She oversees efforts to strengthen The Alliance’s member programs and services, business development, and fosters meaningful connections across the nonprofit sector through the Annual Nonprofit Conference and Professional Development Program. Her leadership is instrumental in driving The Alliance’s mission forward with integrity and impact.

Brunilda holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Policy Practice from the UConn School of Social Work. She is passionate about the role nonprofits play in strengthening communities and brings dedication and purpose to advancing the goals of community nonprofits.
